The time you pick is held for you for 20 minutes while you create your account and upload your document; it is confirmed at payment.

Price

$5 per oath (per signer, per document — the legal maximum in Québec) plus $19.99 online service fee per booking. One document, one signer: $24.99. Free rescheduling before the session.

How it works

  1. Pick a time and create your account (two minutes).
  2. Upload your document (PDF or photo) or draft it from a template.
  3. Verify your identity with a government-issued ID.
  4. Video session with the commissioner: oath, signature, sealed document by email.

A commissioner for oaths is not a notary: we do not notarize or apostille. Guides by document
